His mother-in-law, Terry Janway, his father-in-law, Jack Janway, and his nephew, Dalton, were shot and killed in their home in Oklahoma. Dalton was eleven years old.

According to a police report, the Muskogee, Oklahoma 911 center received a call at 9:05 Monday night.

At the other end of the line, a woman’s voice could be heard saying, “There’s been a disturbance and someone has a gun,” before quickly hanging up.

When officers arrived, they discovered a body lying in the hallway and determined that the person was dead. Soon after officers arrived, another shot rang out on the other side of the house.

After searching the entire house, police discovered two more remains, leading them to believe that three people had died.

They discovered the bodies of Dalton, their 11-year-old grandson Jack, 69, and Terry, 68. Jimmie’s bride Jack and Terry Janway’s parents are Dalton’s uncle and aunt.

The incident is being investigated as a potential murder-suicide, according to officials. Although Terry is a suspect, investigators are unable to determine her exact motives.

It is also not known who called the police – Terry or someone else. Lynn Hamlin, public information officer for the Muskogee Police Department, told the media, “Yes, I can confirm that this is correct information.”
