They asked if I wanted to join their mission and bring more proportion to people with disabilities in the fashion industry. ”

However, the nurses in the orphanage appreciated and soon adopted by a loving family from the Netherlands.

At the age of just 11 years, Xueli’s modeling journey began. Her mother joined with a designer friend working on a campaign called Perfect Imperfection and she immediately saw the potential in Xueli.

“Then I was invited to several photoshoots, one of which was with photographer Brock Elbank in London.” He shared my portrait on Instagram and soon reached out agency for modeling talent Zebedee. They asked if I wanted to join them in my mission to increase the representation of people with disabilities in the fashion industry. ”

One of Brock’s Xueli photographs ended up in Vogue Italia in June 2019, in the same edition, which was Lana Del Rey on the cover. At that time Xueli fully understood how significant success was.
