Design and Build Quality

The bezels are thin and the screen has good color reproduction. The trackpad is large and responsive. The speakers are placed above the keyboard, which works well for sound.

The software is also snappy and responsive. I didn’t experience any lag or slowdown while using it. It’s also worth noting that Lenovo does offer an optional SSD upgrade for those who are looking for faster boot times and data transfer speeds. 

But all in all, I found performance satisfactory, especially at its price point. The pre-installed software is also lightweight enough that you don’t have to worry about it bogging down your system, which is a big plus point for users who don’t want bloatware on their systems.

Overall, I was impressed with its performance in both daily tasks and multitasking. Whether you’re working on documents or spreadsheets, editing videos, or just browsing through social media, it will deliver an overall good experience. 

However, those who are looking for more power may want to consider upgrading their storage space to an SSD.

Keyboard, Trackpad, and Fingerprint Reader 

The keyboard on the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 2022 is very high quality. The keys are well spaced out and have a good amount of travel, making typing on it a pleasure. The trackpad is also excellent, with smooth tracking and responsive clicks. 

The fingerprint reader is also very high quality. It’s easily accessible and works instantly, making it a pleasure to use. Overall, I am very impressed with how much Lenovo has packed into such an affordable laptop and would highly recommend it to any home user who wants something more than just basic computing capabilities.

The speakers are also excellent. While they’re nothing to write home about, they get reasonably loud and do a good job of producing clear sound. 

I think it’s safe to say that for most people, these will be adequate for listening to music or watching movies, but if you want something more powerful you should invest in some external speakers. The battery life is also quite impressive.

I was able to get about approximately eight hours of use on a single charge, which is impressive for a budget laptop. The screen is also bright and clear, and the audio quality is good. 

Plus, the keyboard is comfortable to type on and the trackpad is responsive. Overall, I was very impressed with the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 2022 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget laptop that doesn’t skimp on features.

The laptop has great battery life, lasting about eight hours on one charge. While it’s not quite as long as more expensive laptops, it’s impressive for a budget model and should be good enough for most people. 

Lenovo claims that charging takes only 3 hours, but I found that it actually took longer to fully charge than that. 

However, you shouldn’t have any trouble getting through an entire day without recharging unless you use your laptop frequently throughout the day. The display is nice and bright with sharp images and vibrant colors.
