Martha Stewart, 81, Breaks Records as the Oldest Swimsuit Cover Model for Sports Illustrated

In a remarkable feat, Martha Stewart, the 81-year-old lifestyle guru, expanded her resume by embracing the role of a “swimsuit model” as she graced the cover of Sports Illustrated’s highly anticipated 2023 Swimsuit Issue. This extraordinary achievement not only signifies a tremendous honor but also establishes Stewart as the oldest cover model in the illustrious history of Sports Illustrated. By setting this precedent, Martha’s stunning appearance defies age stereotypes and inspires mature women everywhere, showcasing that one can exude undeniable beauty even in the 80s.

Martha found herself pleasantly taken aback by this distinguished honor.

Martha Stewart was chosen as one of the four cover models for Sports Illustrated, sharing the spotlight with Megan Fox, Kim Petras, and Brooks Nader. Notably, among the group, the culinary icon stands out not only as the eldest but also as the oldest woman to grace the cover of the Swimsuit Issue in its entire history.

Expressing her excitement about the opportunity, Martha conveyed her initial thoughts, saying, “Oh, well, that’s quite an achievement. I believe I will be the oldest person ever to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated. While age isn’t something I dwell on, I realized the significance of this moment and recognized the importance of looking my absolute best.”

Her primary objective was to serve as an inspiration for women within her age group.

Delving further into her decision to partake in the photo shoot, the 81-year-old celebrity took to Instagram to express her motivations. She shared that her intention was to demonstrate to her fans that it is never too late to embrace audacity and enjoy life to the fullest. In her post, she emphasized, “I aspire for this cover to ignite inspiration within you, encouraging you to push boundaries and explore uncharted territories, regardless of which phase of life you find yourself in. Embracing change, evolving, and fearlessly pursuing new experiences are all tremendously worthwhile endeavors.

Her entire life has been a preparation leading up to this moment.

When inquired about her preparations for the photo shoot, Stewart revealed that she didn’t have to make drastic lifestyle changes. She explained, “My lifestyle has always been centered around cleanliness — maintaining a nutritious diet, engaging in regular exercise, and following a healthy skincare regimen.” However, in the lead-up to the shoot, she incorporated additional physical activities and consciously avoided consuming bread and pasta.

Overall, the experience of confidently posing for Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit Issue revitalized Martha, reaffirming her commitment to maintaining an exceptional physical condition. She expressed, “To me, it serves as a testament to a life well-lived, and I believe that each one of us should prioritize living well and achieving success, rather than fixating on the concept of aging. The entire notion of aging is truly tedious.”

In a surprising revelation, it has come to our attention that Martha Stewart is presently single, despite her undeniable allure. However, she shared that she holds high standards for a potential partner (as she rightfully should!). Additionally, Martha openly discussed two specific red flags in men that she remains attentive to.

  1. It’s quite unusable for Martha Stewart to do this, honesty, it’s her thing… but, at her age, it is not appealing. The pictures should have been kept from the public and kept by her. If this is something she always wanted to do, then it’s a mistake on her popularity, self-respect, and modesty, and again should not have been on the cover of a magazine.
