Upon opening the trunk, agents were shocked to discover a concealed individual inside.
Rather than cooperating, Dominguez chose to flee, striking a Border Patrol agent with his car as he reversed before accelerating away from the scene. The pursuit quickly escalated into a high-speed chase.
