Owen Wilson, the beloved movie star known for his comedic roles, recently faced criticism for allegedly neglecting his third child, daughter Lyla, whom he has yet to meet. Already a father of two sons, Wilson has been accused of only paying attention to his sons and not respecting the existence of his daughter.
Fathered by actor Owen Wilson, the three children apparently receive most of his attention. Wilson never met his own child.

Since the birth of his first child, the BAFTA winner has been visiting Duell’s mother and son at their home in Hawaii.

Lyla “looks just like Owen Wilson,” say social media fans; she shares his blue eyes and blond hair. Vongsvirate believes being a present parent is more important than Wilson’s one-time child support payment: “Owen has never met Lyla. Never. He provides financial support, but she’s never been focused on that,” she added.
Lyla’s mother now posts pictures of her daughter on social media without mentioning Wilson. Lyla’s mother celebrated her birthday in 2022 by posting a photo of her daughter and calling her sweet. Her fans applauded her mother.

Right after Lyla was born, her mother took her on a trip and posted photos of the area as well as photos of Lyla looking adorable and seeming to be having fun. Lyla’s mother stated their joy.
Wilson has relationships with both of his boys, but none with his daughter, and does not want her “as custody”. To honor her father’s ethnicity, her mother gave her the middle name Aranya, which is Thai.
