The tragic incident of three teenage girls who died in an attempted carjacking in Tampa, Florida, has sparked a heated debate between their relatives and the police.
After the footage released of three teenagers who drowned after crashing a stolen car into a river, their families have questioned the authorities’ attempts to save them.
Three youths, ages 15 and 16, from Tampa, Florida, are accused of stealing a Honda Accord. Police chased them until the car ended up in a pond. The girls drowned and died and their families claimed that the officers present at the scene did not try to save them.
The young man’s lawyer, Will Anderson, said that they are now evaluating everything. He believes it was a rash choice. He believes it was a dirty operation.
Sheriff Bob Gualtieri defended his officers’ actions, saying everything was done correctly.
He stated that he would not just stand by as these men spread false information. They have high goals and a desire to become spinning masters.
According to Gualtieri, the pond was “heavy with mud” and difficult for police to access.
Dashcam footage was also suspicious, according to Michele Whitfield, the two girls’ attorney, who said “There are other concerns that need to be addressed.”
She said she only believes the sheriff is currently creating the appearance of openness. She still has some papers waiting for her.
In a dashcam clip, which did not capture the entire incident, two officers can be heard talking about the car after it was driven into the river.
It’s all the way down. One of the representatives on the video says that it is almost completely flooded.
They finished it. They finished it. It’s sig seven bro, another person replied, referring to the radio code for “dead man.”
The sheriff’s office insisted that their deputies did everything they could to save the teenagers despite the footage and that just because something didn’t appear on tape doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.
“This is ridiculous; they were just doing their duty. One Mad World News reader commented on the website’s Facebook page: “Maybe if more parents taught their children respect and the difference between right and wrong, the police wouldn’t have to chase or arrest them.
Parents must take responsibility for this; it’s not the cops’ fault, another person said. “It’s really unfortunate that the cops are being blamed for this because those girls were irresponsible and were going way too fast while still in the car. Their parents should have taught him better at home, maybe if there were consequences for the two things they did, they wouldn’t have done it.” they did it.
Ultimately, the tragic deaths of these three teenage girls serve as a sobering reminder of the dangers of reckless and criminal behavior. It is important that law enforcement officers follow the proper protocols when pursuing a pursuit, but it is also important that parents take responsibility for teaching their children about right and wrong and that society as a whole work to create a safer and more just companies. for all.
Why can’t parents take responsibility for their kids, nobody forced them to steal the car, drive it too fast, crash and die…….. you make choices in life and live or die by them. It’s always the Police or someone else fault…….Sad but too bad !
It was a big mistake made by the girls, they are solely responsible for their demise.
Crime never ends up to anything good. Condolences to the families and may the
girls rest in peace.
