Prince Harry has received “three royal humiliations” in a short space of time, according to reports.
King Charles’ youngest son, the 39-year-old Duke of Suss*x, resigned from senior royal duties in 2020.
Along with his two children, Archie and Lilibet Suss*x, he and his wife Meghan Markle currently call the United States home.
Prince Harry is said to have “reached a breaking point” after receiving a lot of blows from his family since stepping down from royal life.
The Mirror quotes royal analyst Emily Andrews in Woman magazine as saying: “It’s been humiliation after humiliation for Prince Harry.”
The three “humiliations” began last month when the Duke was in the UK on a high-profile visit. Among other things, he participated in the ceremony for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games.
The monarch’s “busy” itinerary has reportedly prevented Prince Harry from meeting his father, who was recently diagnosed with cancer.
Royal analyst Charlotte Griffiths speculated that “certain demands” from the prince would have influenced King Charles’ decision to deny his son a visit.
Griffiths told GB News: “They say there was a lot of negotiation going on behind the scenes.”
Harry had specific rules about who could and couldn’t be in the room, so I believe that’s why. Despite the fact that it seems minor, Harry caused his father a lot of trouble.
Griffiths went on to explain, suggesting that the king’s choice may have been influenced by “other forces”.
The psychologist continued, “William may have been thinking about how this meeting should be conducted, or whether it should be conducted at all.”
When it was announced that father and son would not meet during Prince Harry’s tour of the UK, the prince’s representative said: “The Duke clearly understands his father’s diary of commitments and various other priorities and hopes to see him soon.”
After failing to secure an audience with King Charles, Prince Harry appeared to have suffered another setback.
Prince Harry and Markle were absent from the 75-year-old’s second official birthday party and the monarch’s parade on June 15.
According to People magazine, the Duke and Duchess were not invited to Trooping the Colour.
Prince Harry and Markle did not attend the parade or balcony performance as in the past but will attend the 2022 event.
The ceremony marked Kate Middleton’s return to the public after being diagnosed with cancer, and despite their absence, the pair appeared to offer a helping hand.
“They’ve reached out together to send well wishes, but they’re still not in a place with Kate to warrant a big response,” a source told Closer magazine, adding that trying to hook up hasn’t stopped them.
Prince Harry’s absence from the Duke of Westminster’s wedding earlier this month was his third and latest “humiliation”.
According to Andrews, the prince’s participation in the extravagant wedding, which was named the society wedding of the year, would be “too embarrassing”.
Despite the invitation, Prince Harry and Markle respectfully declined to go; it is believed that this is because the Duke is supposed to have a conflict with his older brother, Prince William, who was also invited.
According to a source who spoke to Radar Online, the Duke feels as though he has lost his position in British high society as a result of this alleged victim and others.
The source continued: “There are days when Harry says he can’t take it anymore – the gossip, the coldness coming from the palace, it’s like he’s not part of the family anymore.”
