Shannen Doherty and ex Kurt Iswarienko settled their separation one day preceding the Enchanted star’s passing.
Various news sources have expressed that desk work was recorded on July 12, showing they consented to a “default or uncontested disintegration” of their marriage, inferring they settled their separation matters beyond court.
As per Individuals, the record expressed: “The gatherings have gone into a composed understanding with respect to their property and their marriage or homegrown association freedoms, including support, the first is being or has been submitted to the court.”

The Beverly Slopes 90210 star petitioned for legal separation from Iswarienko in April 2023, 11 years after they sealed the deal.

The entertainer’s solicitation for spousal help ignited a combative separation fight.

Iswarienko’s legal counselor questioned Doherty’s case, expressing that a settlement offer was introduced in October 2023, which Doherty supposedly dismissed.
“Kurt isn’t ‘just wait[ing] for Shannen to bite the dust,'” his legal counselor Katherine Heersema expressed. “He needs awesome for Shannen and he needs the two of them to have the option to put this case behind them and push ahead.”
Doherty and Iswarienko traded promises in a private function in Malibu in October 2011. Their wedding was highlighted on the season finale of their WEtv reality series, Shannen Says, which reported their wedding arrangements. This undeniable the third marriage for Doherty, following brief union with entertainer Ashley Hamilton from 1993 to 1994 and poker player Rick Salomon from 2002 to 2003.
