Sienna Weir’s untimely death has left a deep void in the world of modeling and in the hearts of those close to her. The news of her death caused an outpouring of grief and condolences from her fans, colleagues, and friends.
Sadly, the 23-year-old Australian Miss Universe finalist died when the decision was made to turn off her life support system.
Sienna Weir, a graduate of the University of Sydney with a double degree in English literature and psychology, was one of 27 finalists in the 2022 Miss Universe Australia pageant.
The model, 23, suffered serious injuries after her horse fell while she was riding it at the Windsor Polo Grounds on April 2, the Daily Mail reports.

Sadly, after she was taken to Westmead Hospital in a serious condition, the decision was made to cut off her life support system and allow her to pass peacefully.
When she sat down with Gold Coast magazine in September, the model opened up about her future aspirations.
“I hope to move to London in the next few years to spend more time with my sister, niece, and nephew and expand my professional and social network,” she said.
Regarding riding, Sienna said: “My love for show jumping is deep and unwavering. I’ve been riding since I was three years old and I can’t imagine my life without it. My family isn’t quite sure.” where does this enthusiasm come from? Every other weekend I make [two to three] trips to rural Sydney to train and compete in New South Wales or elsewhere in Australia.
Condolence comments flooded the model’s farewell Instagram post from followers.
Taken from the world too soon, wrote one commenter. RIP Sienna and the other person added: “Rest in paradise beautiful, I’m sorry I didn’t get to know you better.”
As a passenger, I find it even more infuriating. Lie down in peace.
Tom Bull, her smitten lover, remarked, “We loved with a love that was more than love.”
Sienna’s modeling agency wrote: “Forever in our hearts.”
Skye Sutherland, friend and model, wrote: “We lost our angel today but heaven has gained her. a sister from another lord. Twinny. BFF. is my favorite too. I will love you always and forever.” The greatest honor of my life was to be able to call you my best friend I already miss you Until we talk.
Sienna’s passing is a reminder of the fragility of life and the importance of cherishing every moment. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
