The man tells the woman he is going to attack her daughter, and then she feels bitten

Roxanne Eka Peters, 35, fatally stabbed a man. But you won’t find many people who don’t understand why he did it. The case dates back to December 2015. Grand Jason kasar’s 51-year-old rapist threatened to harm his child unless he sexually assaulted her and committed more violations He was a dirty criminal deranged, Peters denied being the rapist again – so he let her and the anger and rage he deserves, but now he is dealing with the consequences

Casar raped and humiliated Peters and then threatened to hurt her son unless he went along with the torture. Instead of hurting herself and the baby, Peters grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed Kasar in the heart. He died soon after. He then tied her body with a rope and dragged her body to the back of his car about half a mile away, in order to desecrate the body and hide it out of sight

In other words, his pain and suffering was unimaginable. However, he was convicted of manslaughter. For that offense, he was sentenced to nine years with seventeen months for interfering with a corpse. The Brisbane Supreme Court had little sympathy for him. In time, however, he will be eligible for release in June 2020.

Judge David Boddis acknowledged that Kasar’s actions were “very outrageous,” and his response was somewhat reasonable, the judge said, “I accept what the deceased did You got that in one situation when you got angry and were threatened again.”

But if she had stabbed Cassar and called the authorities, things would have gone much better for her. Instead, he tried to hide what he had done. “That’s how you start the practice of cruel disposal.” After raping her and threatening her son’s life, Judge Boddis hoped he would have shown her corpse more humane dignity.

“Your anger certainly continued to affect your attitude towards him,” said the stern judge. Although Kasar was a rapist who systematically abused Peters during his life, Judge Kasar has compassion for his family. “They will never recover from his death,” Boddis said.

Peters grew up around drug addicts. As a young woman, she was subjected to sexual abuse and immorality. Cassar was one of those. He got what he thought he deserved after threatening to hurt his little boy. While Peters’ violence was undoubtedly reasonable, the court further punished him for attempting to hide her body after her death.

Had he called the police, he could have explained what happened and possibly received a much shorter sentence. But it’s easy to imagine the anger and resentment Peters felt toward Casar. Not only had she been raped before, but she tried to risk her son’s life, so she could do it again. What do you think about Australia’s execution of Peters and her rapist?
