Specialists manage an immense number of patients consistently so we expect they don;t have it simple.
At some point, a man entered the specialist’s office and had a fairly odd solicitation. He asked from the specialist to hear what his leg needed to say. The specialist has never heard any such thing yet he proceeded to satisfy his patient’s solicitation.

A man went to the specialist…
He said, “Doc, you need to actually look at my leg. Something’s off-base. Just put your ear up to my thigh, you’ll hear it!”
The specialist mindfully positioned his ear to the man’s thigh just to hear, “Gimme 20 bucks, I truly need 20 bucks.”
“I’ve never seen or heard anything like this previously, how long has this been going on?” The specialist inquired.
“That isn’t anything Doc. Put your ear to my knee.”
The specialist put his ear to the man’s knee and heard it say, “Man, I truly need 10 bucks, simply loan me 10 bucks!!”
“Sir, I truly don’t have the foggiest idea what to tell you. I’ve seen nothing like this.” The specialist was astounded.
“Stand by Doc, that is not it. There’s something else, just put your ear up to my lower leg,” the man asked him.
The specialist did as the man said and was blown away to hear his lower leg argue, “Please, I simply need 5 bucks. Loan me 5 bucks please if possible.”
“I have no clue about what to tell you,” the specialist said. “There’s nothing about it in my books,” he said as he quickly looked through the entirety of his clinical reference books.
“However, i can make a knowledgeable theory. In view of life and all my past experience I can let you know that,… ”
“Your leg gives off an impression of being bankrupt in three spots.”
