During the last three months of pregnancy, fluctuating blood sugar levels can cause the fetus to expand rapidly, which can lead to problems during delivery. Chrissy’s daughter’s weight was predicted by doctors to be around 10 pounds. Chrissy had a c-section a week ago. She named her daughter Carleigh.
During the procedure, Chrissy heard a series of comments like “I don’t think this baby is going to make it,” but she couldn’t understand them until the nurse revealed the baby’s weight. The baby girl weighed 13 pounds at birth.
When Chrissy got home, the baby was so big that they got all the clothes and diapers that Larry and Chrissy had bought for the new arrival. Their daughter required clothes for babies between 9 and 10 months. However, Carleigh is a happy and healthy baby.
