**TRAGIC LOSS.** Iconic actress has died today.

James Bond and Eastenders star Pamela Salem has died aged 80. Many people worship her.

In the James Bond film Never Say Never Again, the adored actress starred alongside Sean Connery as Miss Moneypenny.

She has also appeared on EastEnders, Doctor Who, ER, and The West Wing during her long career.

“We are devastated to confirm the death of our dear friend and collaborator Pamela Salem,” Big Finish said.

Pamela was born in Mumbai, India in 1944. She attended the University of Heidelberg, Germany.

She attended the Central School of Drama in London to study how to be an actress. She then performed in repertory theaters in York and Chesterfield.

The actress has starred in plays by Shakespeare, Chekhov, and Pinter and has a long career in theatre, television, and film.

In the 1990s, she moved to Miami and then to Los Angeles. During that time, she appeared in several popular dramas and cult sci-fi films, including “ER” and “The West Wing.”

She worked with David Richardson at Big Finish, who commented: “Pamela Salem was beautiful and we all loved her.”

“Whenever she had a recording with Big Finish, she flew in from Miami on her own, without fuss or drama.

“She showed up at the studio with the biggest hugs, the prettiest smiles, and often with gifts.”

“She was a very kind person who was always interested in everyone, from her co-stars to the production team to visitors and guest actors.”

“She talked about her home in Miami Beach with joy as she woke up to the heat and the waves.

He also claimed, “She knew everything about our lives, families, and life stories.”

She always made me feel close, even though we were hundreds of miles apart and hadn’t spoken in months.

She was always inviting people to stay with her in Miami.

“I did not accept the offer because I am tired of traveling abroad, which I regret.

“She played Miss Moneypenny in Never Say Never Again and was in many episodes of EastEnders when I was a kid.

“After she moved to the US, she had small roles on ER and The West Wing.

“Pamela had a great career and she didn’t take it too seriously. She was always a pleasure to work with.

“We had many happy days together and I feel very lucky to have had her in my life.”
