Paris Jackson, the 25-year-old daughter of legendary musician Michael Jackson, recently shared in an emotional interview how she and her three siblings share an unbreakable bond that goes beyond blood ties. Along with her brothers, Paris introduced her “eldest brother”, Omer Bhatti, to the world during an episode of their Facebook Watch series, Unfiltered.
It was a surprise to many that Omera considered Paris and her siblings as a brother. While Paris, Prince Jackson, 26, and Blanket Jackson, 21, share the same famous father, Michael Jackson, Omer is not a biological sibling, but a close family friend who has been an integral part of their lives since a young age. During his appearance on the program, Omer shared a heartwarming story about his connection with the Jackson family.
Omer said sympathetically, “My mother worked as the prince’s nanny when he was born, and I’ve been there for Paris since she was a baby. I’d say we raised her. She’s my little sister in every way.”
Omer expressed his joy at becoming a member of the Jackson family. “I always wanted younger siblings and with Prince, Paris, and Blanket I got them,” he noted. I was very happy about it.
Permanent connection.
Paris is exceptionally close to her older brothers whom she loves and respects. She said, “They have my heartfelt love.” Every time we meet, our relationship grows stronger.
Paris and Omer never argued, unlike her frequent sibling conflicts with Prince. They still maintain their steadfast, loving bond.
Different points of view.
Omer had the unique opportunity to follow the development of the Jackson children and gain knowledge about their lives and personalities. He argued that Prince was never a bigger renegade than Paris. Prince and Paris have been opposites since childhood.
After noticing that the Prince was more in line with their father’s teachings, Omer decided to take control of Paris. He noticed how much I was like him in that I always tried to raise her the way an older brother should.
The miraculous meeting and the father figure.
Omer, better known as O-Bee, first met Michael Jackson when he started performing at just nine years old. Asked how they first connected, Omer said: “Being on TV and having these shows brought me to Michael Jackson. He kind of adopted me and became a mentor and a father figure to me.”
Omer was a small child who absorbed everything like a sponge and considered Michael his hero. Apparently, he later said I looked like a smaller version of him. I ended up going on his tour with him. I eagerly sat near the stage.
The extraordinary bonds in the Jackson family continue to flourish, strengthened by love and shared experiences. Omer, in his role as “older brother”, was a steadfast presence, offering support and companionship through life’s trials and triumphs. The relationship between the Jackson siblings serves as a powerful testament to the strength and beauty of a chosen family, showing that bonds formed through love and connection can be as deep as those formed by blood.
In a world where relationships can be complex and fleeting, the Jackson siblings remind us of the enduring power of family love and the importance of embracing those who become an integral part of our lives, regardless of biological ties.
