The series was facilitated by, as a matter of fact, Dignitary Martin himself, our #1 vocalist, entertainer, and humorist of the mid-twentieth 100 years. Nicknamed “The Lord of Cool,” Martin was popular for his easy levelheadedness and appeal.
Also, those brand name qualities have never been shown off more than in this 1967 play highlighting visitor star Wear Rickles. As the two bumble to recall their lines and search frantically for their signal cards, we’re laughing uncontrollably.
As the 1800s cantina scene breaks up into a diverting trade of jokes indicating more present day times, we’re blessed to receive a seldom legit scene of TV that could never fly with networks today. This is one old west memory we will always remember.
