Ivana Pino Arellano, better known as “La Rancherita de Chanco”, sadly died in a car accident. She was a popular country singer.

The singer lost control of her car and flipped it just one day after celebrating her 32nd birthday with family and friends.
The accident, in which one person died, happened on the M-80 road near the town of Pelluhe in the Maule region of central Chile.
The driver, Arellano, died at the scene of the accident and her passenger was seriously injured.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation, but it is believed that the singer lost control of her car because the road was wet and the car overturned.
Arellano, a mother of four, was a rising star in country music and a beloved member of her community.
Her tragic and sudden death left the community in mourning.
Her wide range of powerful vocals and captivating stage presence earned her a large fan base in her home country of Chile, where she was supported by the local government and adored by her fans.

“For us, the name ‘Ivan’ will always mean happiness and joy in its purest essence,” they said.
“Your passing leaves a void that cannot be filled, but your legacy will endure through time, reminding us of the beauty of your spirit and the generosity of your heart.”
These sentiments were shared by the local council, which praised Ivana’s dedication to public service and her unwavering love for her family.
“Ivana personified the spirit of public service with passion and love, always ready to help others and find solutions even in the most difficult moments,” the singer’s family said.
They said: “Her husband and children were the center of her life and the reason she did everything she did.”
Family, friends, and fans gathered to pay their last respects at Curanipe Parish Cemetery in Pelluha on June 17.
The village of Chanco said in its post: “Thank you, Ivan, for giving us days full of light and peace.”
