Ruler Robert Fellowes, Sovereign William and Sovereign Harry’s uncle by marriage, has died at age 82.
Ruler Fellowes was hitched to the late Princess Diana’s sister Woman Jane Fellowes and served for a period as the late Sovereign Elizabeth II’s confidential secretary. He d_ied of undisclosed causes on July 29.
Plans for the English subject’s memorial service have not yet been uncovered.
