What if we told you that the most personal woman in the world was not always so strong?
In fact, the goal of bullying, ridiculed for its skinny frame, was once the aim of bullying. At the age of only 14 years, Nataliya Kuznetsova weighed only 40 kg, which is a sharp contrast to a strong, record character that is today.
How did she move from a shy teenager to one of the worst bodybuilders in the world? Transformation is nothing extraordinary.
Nataliya Kuznetsova, a 33 -year -old female bodybuilder and world champion in lifting her arms, bench press and deadlift, won the title of the world’s most awesome woman.
This Russian Powerhouse, often referred to as “She-Hulk”, was once a skinny teenager that faced bullying because of her appearance. At the age of 14 it weighed only 40 kg. Her father encouraged her to start working to build self -confidence, which meant the beginning of her journey to bodybuilding.
“I was a shy girl growing up,” recalls Nataliya.
Today, Nataliy’s weight varies between £ 246 and £ 275, a significant transformation from her teenage years. At just 15 years, she became a champion of bodybuilding in her region Zabykalian Krai in Russia.
“When I first went to the gym, I didn’t have a specific goal. But after three months my coach asked if I wanted to compete in the bodybuilding competition,” he recalls, which led to her business to Powerlifting.
Nataliya continued the victory in 2014 Eurasia in the Vologa in Russia and in 2015 it was crowned by the Eastern European Champion (GPA).
As he writes on Facebook: “It is not the point to be perfect – the point is how to appear, spend effort and do the job to achieve the vision you have for yourself. Every day there is another chance to proceed a little more.”

In addition to its strength, Nataliya holds the title from the Moscow State Academy of Physical Culture and even performed in the Russian production of Bolshoi Theater of Russian Manon Lescaut.
Although Nataliya is the most personal woman in the world, he is married to former bodybuilder Vladislav Koznetsov, which he describes as his greatest support. Although he is greater than him, he does not bother.
“Our love story is quite modern. We met online, Odnoklassniki, Russian social network. We were just friends for a while,” she shared in 2019.
In an interview with Ledble, she said, “People recognize me. The athletic body is evident under clothing. Many ask for a photo shoot with me and even know my name most.”
Although Nataliya faced challenges in providing sponsorship in the past, her success Powerlifting has opened the door with companies such as Oxytropin and the RPS Nutrition.
She acknowledges that her appearance can be “scary” for some, but she believes that traditional beauty standards are no longer valid.

“My best advisor is a mirror,” he says. “Most of my Instagram followers are men, about 75%, and it’s the same on other social networks. They write a lot of compliments. The athletes don’t differ than anyone else.”
Nataliya, who was currently retired from powerlifting, now uses his platform to inspire and help others achieve their full potential.

Her story is a strong reminder that we are all able to do much more than we often dedicated to recognition. Whether in the gym or in life, it is about how to appear and insert work every day.
