The entertainment industry mourns the loss of Marnie Schulenburg, a talented actress known for her roles in popular soap operas As The World Turns and One Life To Live. Tragically, Marnie passed away at the tender age of 37. The somber news was shared by her representative at Industry Entertainment, Kyle Luker, who confirmed that Marnie had succumbed to her battle with breast cancer.
She continued: “It’s not my ideal to be a 38-year-old Mom who needs an oxygen tank to survive right now. I want to be strong and beautiful for [Coda]. I want to show her how to move throughout this world with compassion, strength, vivacity, humor, and joy as my Mother showed me.”
In addition to her roles in popular soap operas, Schulenburg also had guest roles on Blue Bloods, Army Wives, Royal Pains, Divorce, and The Good Fight.
Her final role was that of Maggie Caysen on the Showtime drama City On A Hill.
