And I have to say that they really blew me away with their quality and sound. Keep reading if you want to find out more about these headphones and what makes them my favorite on the market right now!

A Closer Look

Read for a few beats solo 3 wireless reviews and you’ll see that these headphones aren’t just noise-canceling, they’re super-comfortable.

In our case, we were able to wear them for over three hours before our ears started to hurt. This is compared to just two hours with many other noise-canceling models that we tried.

Even better, they don’t require recharging nearly as often—we could use them daily without ever needing to charge. And once they do run out of juice, it only takes 10 minutes or so to get them going again; most others take four times as long.

When you first pick up a pair of beats solo 3 wireless headphones, it’s impossible not to notice how well-built they are. Every part is sturdy and durable—even after two months of regular use and travel, they still look practically new.

It’s hard to find an area where these headphones aren’t built to last; there’s even an oxygen-free copper cable that prevents tangling when you put them away in your bag.

Everything we experienced with our beats solo 3 wireless reviews has convinced us that these are among the best-built noise-canceling headphones out there.

It is easy to pair with your phone and its battery life is great (up to 40 hours on one charge). And it is suitable for use at home or when traveling by plane.

Design & Quality

One of my favorite things about these headphones is their design. When you first see them, they look like they could be a pair of high-end cables, but they also have some features that make them stand out even more.

These include leatherette ear cups and adjustable wing support—both of which help give you an extra level of comfort while listening to your music.

The leatherette ear cups are very soft and comfortable, making them ideal for all-day wear, while those with glasses will appreciate that these headphones have spring hinges to accommodate them.

In terms of size, Beats Solo 3 Wireless has been considered one size fits all by users, and Beats themselves claim it’s one of their most flexible wireless headsets yet.

Another great thing about these headphones is their durability. This seems to be a common complaint among many who own wireless headphones, especially those who have purchased products that cost less than $200.

When you take a look at Beats’ website, it says that these are built with hard-shelled plastic, magnesium, and stainless steel. While some wireless headsets may not last long due to durability issues, users of Beats say they hold up very well over time.

These headphones do come with a carrying case so you can store them when they aren’t in use and easily bring them with you when going to your next activity.

A small downside to having such an attractive design is that these also feel heavy—they weigh roughly 20 grams more than other models at 318 grams for a pair of these headphones.

Comfort & Fit

As for design, there’s not a whole lot to say here that hasn’t already been said. The Beats logo is written in massive silver lettering across both cups.

While they may be slightly smaller than their predecessors, these headphones are still ridiculously bulky and look like something you would see an 80s metal band rocking out with onstage.

This image shows the Beats Solo 3 Wireless in the table.

They do have a nice heft to them and are surprisingly comfortable considering how awkward they look when worn (and even more awkward when stuffed into its included carrying case).

It is comfortable and it fits so well in your ears. I like that even if you have a big head, it will fit. You don’t have to worry about any discomfort.

Also, as an added bonus, it comes with a built-in mic and volume control so you can switch songs or take calls while listening to music. So convenient!

Sound Quality

For starters, you get a high-quality construction and exceptional durability that feels so good in your hands. Also, since Beats is known for its style and fashion sense (in addition to their sound quality), it comes as no surprise that these headphones look really good.

These may be some of the most stylish wireless over-the-ear headphones available today. In addition to all of that, you can choose from three different colors including Black, White, and Silver—they look great in each color!

Although they do have a solid construction, they’re also lightweight enough to be comfortable for long listening sessions—you might even forget you’re wearing them sometimes.

Having a pair of headphones that sounds great is important, and these deliver in every sense of the word. Beats Solo 3 Wireless has an adaptive noise canceling feature that automatically increases or decreases sound levels based on outside sound levels.

This means you get a comfortable listening experience no matter where you are—in your home, at work, or in public.

In addition to their high-quality audio, these headphones also provide clear mid-range and treble tones for the great bass response as well – ideal for fans of pop music.

Many users note that these really shine when it comes to hip hop music, but they’re also very good with other genres too!

Noise-canceling

The term noise canceling is a bit of a misnomer because it leads you to believe that all noise has been eliminated. That simply isn’t true.

However, they do reduce your exposure to potentially harmful sounds and can even amplify what you want to hear, like speech or music.

For example, they can boost sound by as much as 20 decibels which is great if you have difficulty hearing in noisy environments.

They also block out potentially damaging sounds (like those above 85 decibels) making them safe for long-term use in places like construction sites or traffic jams.

One of my favorite aspects of Beats Solo 3 Wireless is its active noise canceling. It’s one of those things that you only appreciate once you experience it firsthand.

In an age where we are always connected to phones and laptops, it’s nice to unplug for a bit and just have some peace and quiet.

When I put these headphones on, I feel like I’m in my own bubble—and as someone who works from home a lot, that can be a lifesaver at times!

If you need to concentrate, block out distractions or just enjoy some peace and quiet, then active noise canceling is definitely something worth considering. It can really change your life for the better!

Microphone

There are two microphones. There is one that’s a regular mic, and one that’s actually built into the headphones themselves. It isn’t active noise cancellation, but it does help cut out background noise when you’re listening to something with your Beats solos on.

It’s not going to get rid of all of it though, which is why it’s important to use them in a relatively quiet environment if you can manage it.

When they have a lot of other sounds going around them, they tend to sound like they’re halfway underwater and muffled even if you have your volume cranked up pretty high.

Talking about people through your Beats Solos is actually pretty good. It’s not going to be like talking to someone next to you or anything like that, but it’s much better than I would have expected from a pair of headphones with a microphone.

I thought it would probably just sound fuzzy and hard to understand as they’re not designed for phone calls. They’re built more for music listening, but they don’t do too bad at picking up sound in both directions.

If you were able to sit right next to someone wearing them and we’re speaking close enough, they’d probably be able to hear you okay too so it works pretty well in that sense as long as there isn’t something really loud going on around you.

Notable features

Dr. Dre and Apple partnered together to create Beats headphones that use Apple’s W1 chip, which makes pairing with other Apple devices easier than ever.

Unlike other popular wireless headsets, you won’t need to press a button or hold down a remote in order to activate Siri on your iPhone. Just double-tap either side of your headphones and say whatever it is you want her to do for you.

Also, there are built-in volume controls that can be used without having to go through your phone first, which makes volume adjustment incredibly convenient.

I don’t know about you but I find myself constantly losing my phone at home, so not having to look for it when I want to raise or lower my music really helps me keep things under control.

If you love music and have an Apple device, the Beats Solo 3 is a great option for you.

You can go from listening to music on your phone to wirelessly streaming through your TV by switching between Bluetooth and W1 connectivity seamlessly.

The high-quality sound and noise-canceling technology make these headphones worth every penny spent! I find myself in crowded public spaces almost every day, so these are perfect for me.

When I wear them, I feel like I’m right at home by myself, even if there’s noise all around me. Being able to hear clearly means less frustration in dealing with other people’s rudeness or ignorance when they speak too loudly around me.

Battery life

Up to 40 hours with Fast Fuel. When you’re on a long-haul flight, or just hanging at home, with no outlet in sight, your headphones will keep pumping out tunes with Fast Fuel.

In just 5 minutes of charging you can get 3 hours of playback when the battery is low. To fully charge your headphones, use the included Lightning to USB-A cable and plug into a power adapter for 2.5 hours.

Alternatively, you can also use your computer or laptop USB port (if available) and it will take less than 2 hours to reach full charge if your Beats are almost dead.

If you take great care of your device and follow Beats’ recommended guidelines, you should experience great battery life.

However, if you find that your Beats experience is shorter than expected or doesn’t seem to hold a charge, there are a few things to try before returning them for service.

If a full charge lasts 40 hours or less and you haven’t experienced any accidental damage like dropping them in water or bending their headband back and forth repeatedly (known as breakage), try cleaning your headphones using an alcohol-based cleaner and cotton swabs for optimal results.

Also, make sure that your Bluetooth is fully updated because older versions can affect battery life.

Overall Verdict – Should you buy it?

The answer to that question is a resounding YES. Although you can find cheaper headphones with similar performance, these are easily one of the best-sounding Bluetooth headphones we’ve tasted (and we’ve tested hundreds).

They provide deep, rich bass, clear mids, and silky highs. If you use them daily (not just for exercise), they should last a long time since there aren’t many moving parts like with regular wired headphones.

If you want some of the best-sounding wireless headphones available, then you really can’t go wrong here. It’s not too surprising considering how great-sounding these headphones are.

However, there are a few things you should consider before buying them. Beats might be known for their bass-heavy sound, but that doesn’t mean they sound bad or their lows aren’t controlled.

They don’t have as much of an emphasis as other headphones in their price range like Sennheiser Momentum.

They also can’t get quite as loud as some of their competitors, and like many wireless headphone models out there, you need to remember to charge them after each use.

Overall, if you can live with some of their shortcomings and price tag, you won’t be disappointed by these headphones. If you want to save money, check out our other lists for some recommendations in different price ranges and design choices.

But if you want one of the best-sounding wireless headphones on a budget, then buy Beats Solo 3 today!
