A Seven-Year-Old Boy Rode Three Miles Across Phoenix to Save His Little Sister
Sandra looked at her report and flipped back to the first page.
“The intake report says Noah scraped his knee while playing on his bicycle against the house rules.”
“That’s a lie,” I said.
“Noah rode to save his sister because Teresa locked the lid and left the house.”
“Where is Noah right now?” she asked.
“He’s in the pediatric step-down unit with his mother,” I said.
“I’ll need to interview him privately in the hospital consultation room before twelve o’clock,” Sandra said.
“You can talk to him,” I said.
