After her death, specific things were done to her remains that served specific purposes — purposes that involved the physical substance of her body in ways that required specific interventions.

When those interventions were complete, she was put back together and placed in a form of permanent residence — the cairn — that was understood as an appropriate final location for her assembled remains.
