Any physician can run it.

I run it four or five times a week at work; it is a routine part of my practice; I have run it on patients I have never met.

It did not occur to me one single time in fourteen months to run it on my own daughter, because running it on your own daughter is not a thing a person does, and because to do it I would have had to first say out loud, to myself, in a room, that I thought something was being given to her.
