Part Four: The First Page

I opened the clasp in the car with the door shut.

The first page was the yellow that paper goes.

There were two printed lines at the top for a name and a number and both were blank, which I did not understand for another two months.

And underneath, in pencil, in my grandmother’s handwriting, were two lines.

And below that:
