As a condition of the Award and of its continuation in each subsequent academic year, the Recipient shall execute and maintain in force a durable power of attorney for financial affairs in favour of a Designated Family Representative nominated by the Foundation, such instrument to remain in effect until the Recipient’s twenty-fifth birthday.
