From that date the trustees were required to send an annual report of trust property, liabilities, receipts and disbursements — including their own compensation — to the qualified beneficiaries, every year, without being asked.
They never sent one.
Not in 2019, not in 2020, not in any year.
Six consecutive years of a plain statutory breach that would have been visible to the only person in the world positioned to see it.
And the price of finding out, at any point in nineteen years, was one letter.
