Marcus glanced at the signed divorce agreement in his hand. “And Mrs. Voss?”
Adrian kept staring at the empty road. “Find out who she is.”

The name Marlowe produced almost nothing in ordinary databases. That changed when Donovan Reed entered Adrian’s conference room the next morning.
Donovan was sixty-two and had served the Voss family for sixteen years — polished, traditional, and deeply convinced of his own judgment. When Adrian described the emblem on the cars, Donovan’s face lost color.
