Geraldo Rivera, one of the co-hosts of Fox News well-known panelist program “The Five,” has tweeted that his appearances on the show have been canceled, and he is uncertain why.
While he believes this is only temporary, he cannot help but wonder if he will be the next one to be cut from the network, following Tucker Carlson’s dismissal. Rivera has not been seen on the show since April 21, which was Carlson’s last day on the network. He often plays the role of a left-leaning voice on the show, alongside Jessica Tarlov and former Democratic U.S. Representative Harold Ford, resulting in various differences of opinion with his co-hosts.

Last week, Geraldo Rivera faced criticism from his co-host Greg Gutfeld for his remarks about Tucker Carlson while leaving the show. Rivera took to Twitter to express that he did not want to harm anyone but believed Carlson’s January 6 conspiracy theory was “bullshit.” Trending Politics suggests that this could be the cause of Rivera’s canceled appearances on “The Five.” In reply to Rivera’s comments, Gutfeld complimented him, calling him a class act and a man of the people.

It is unclear whether Rivera will be returning to the show or if this is the end of his time on “The Five.” However, he remains optimistic and assures his followers that he will be back in the coming weeks. While his absence could be temporary, there is a possibility that it may be permanent, given the recent developments at Fox News. Only time will tell whether or not Rivera will make a comeback, but his fans will undoubtedly miss his contributions to the program if he doesn’t.
